The shoulder can easily get overloaded, so stepping down for the second half is a great way to maintain intensity without sacrificing form

The wrists take a bit of a beating on and off through out the series. In one of the later videos I share one of my favourite wrist stretches.

Same, I think it's why I start there. I use to start with cardio but I prefer starting with legs. Kind of the idea of starting on the right foot - pun intended 2😂
