The wrists take a bit of a beating on and off through out the series. In one of the later videos I share one of my favourite wrist stretches.

Same, I think it's why I start there. I use to start with cardio but I prefer starting with legs. Kind of the idea of starting on the right foot - pun intended 2😂

Your body will thank you and pay you back with brilliant runs later this week. ego is the theme of month 4 because I believe it's our biggest obstacle in achieving the things we want yet always seem elusive.
