Learning when you need to rest is just as important as being consistent. Our body tells us what it needs. Learning the difference between rest and rejuvenation vs making excuses is part of the journey. It frees you to take the rest you need knowing you have the habit formed and will be back at it the next day. And look ... you nailed 2 solid workouts back on back
