Day 116 - 25lb kb, 20s for curl/press and row/fly, 15s for side plank - should have tried 20s!
If I can get some 25lb dbs I will be trying so many things with them - flys, shoulder press, curls, rows.
I am going to work on my mindset on the core days. On days with forward/backward pull plank or jack knife plank days I really struggle!
