Day 164 and Day 165 - hiit box was amazing! So hard and so worth it. 20lbs was tough but I stuck with it on the wall sit. Quads were screaming!! Thank you for the shoutout in core 😀 love that you incorporated that move. Big win for me was getting the double arm triceps push up. I always have had to alternate 🙌🏼

Day 163 - 20 and 25lb kb. I am not sure which burned more… my quads in the burpee flow or my bicep/shoulders in the golf swing!! In the last round of swings you said…it is going to get hard, and that’s ok… it is what kept me going. I kept repeating it as my arms vibrated. 🙌🏼

Day 161 Round 1: 40lb squat; 35lb single DL; 40lb sumo; 35lb curtsey Round 2-4: 50lb squat; 40lb single DL; 40lb sumo; 40lb curtsey I need to work on grip strength so it doesn’t hold me back in upping the weights.

Day 158 - great set. Used 25lb kb for two rounds of the jacks and 20lb for two rounds. The planks felt soooo hard today.

Day 157 - 25kb first round and then moved up to 30lb and 35lb dumbbells.

Day 156 - fly/row/kickback 20, 20, 17.5, 17.5, 15 Dips & lats 25, 30,30,30,30 Loved the push up to bench!

Day 155 - loved that leg set. Pistol squats coming along! Can get all the way down and just need more work on the push up.

Day 151 - 3lb hand weights; 20lb kb for clean/press and swings; 15lbs golf/choppers. Hit max HR during third boxing round :)

Day 149 - 15, 20, 22.5lbs for rows. Tried 25s on the last set and I couldn’t get it up 🤷🏻‍♀️ My triceps feel like they are bursting out my skin.
