Since I have limited equipment up north, I skipped ahead one day to Day 3’s video where instead of the dumbbells, I wore my weighted vest and continued with my hand weights. Definitely some aggressive punches! Thanks for the endorphins, Amy! Now to jump in the lake. 🏊‍♀️

I started the 28 day challenge yesterday with day 1 (Level up day 4). It definitely felt good to punch the air ;)

2 Years ago (tomorrow) in this very place, I started my TriFit journey. While the last year has been choppy at best, doing outdoor workouts in the same place that kick-started my love for movement was so inspiring.

Looking forward to starting the Mobility challenge tomorrow!
