Day 145 - 20 and 5s. That grouped with day 144 was a good combo. Slow and light. Just what the doctor ordered 😋

Day 142 - my arms are shaking. 15lb and 25 for push outs. My wrists did not like the push-ups, so I stuck with regular and tricep push-ups

Day 109 (5s for first half of each boxing set, then 3s. 20s for rows and 15s for the rest) harder then the first time around for me this time

Day 99 - 20,20,15,15 (I didn’t go up to 26 or stick with 20 because I did day 92 ahead, but for sure, I would go to 25 if I was starting with day 99!)
