March 31, 2026 - Level Up 2, Day 51
Rows/flies: 8s, 10s, 12s (struggled to do a couple reps of the double fly)
Bench jumps: the first round, the very last rep, I smacked the outside of my right knee against the corner of the bench. That hurt like a MFer!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
Again modified the last exercise as inclined pushups on the bench.
Only 3 rounds because my knee started to hurt too much. That’s gonna be a real nice bruise. ☹️

12s/15s for all three sets: for the presses & flies, I just couldn’t do the flipping around and get any meaningful reps in, so did 1 minute presses or flies w/12s, flipped for the pushups or reverse flies for 1 minute, then did the same thing with 15s
Skipped day 52 because I just couldn’t handle the animal flows.
