12lb weights; X-Heavy elastic band; 5lb ankle weights (I just CANNOT hold a hand weight behind my knee like that 😣)

I also watched 'Friends' at its original airing. The first season was my senior year of high school. I was OBSESSED! It was a strong influence in me deciding to go to school in NYC after high school. 

Also, I love and appreciate SO MANY Canadian singers and bands! Alanis Morissette and Barenaked Ladies are a couple of my favorites 🤩.

Well, this…sucked 😬. Way too much on my wrists. Each round did fewer and fewer and finally gave up ☹️ , but increased stairclimber to 20 minutes.

Working out at home with what I have here: 12lb weight for 2 rounds; 20lb weight for 3rd round (had to eliminate the shoulder presses with this weight)
