Curtsies/platters & side lunges/90-degree shoulder raises: 5lb weights (added light weight band on last round)

Deadlift/row/clean/back lunge/shoulder press: 15s for half & 10s for half  (added light weight band on last round)

KB swing/push up: 2 20lb KB, all full (no modified, yay!! 👏🏼) 

Those skaters at the end had me dying, but pushed through to the very end! HR was JACKED!!

March 6, 2025 - IGNITE 17 (only time for 2 rounds)

Clam shells: 12lb, 15lb

Plank rows: 15lb (half modified)

Sumo squats: 15lb (legs could handle heavier, but I couldn’t do it with the arm raised, too much on the back)

Scissored side ab crunches: 35KB

Tabata: 6 rounds jump squats, last 2 rounds had to step down to squat pulses

Lunges/biceps: 15KB (12lb on 3rd round)

Curtsy lunges/lat raises: 8lb

KB swings: 15, 20, 20 (I always have to use my other hand to assist catching the KB on the full extension; otherwise it smashed into my wrist and hurts 😖)

Suitcase deadlifts: 30KB

14lb ball for medicine ball throws

Bird dog tricep press: 10lb, 8lb

Squats/shoulder presses: got a few reps in with 20s then had to step down to 15s

Deadlifts/rows: 20s

Lunges/curls: 15

Flies/chest presses: 10s, 12s, 15s

Those Tabata jumps were torture, lol! HR up to 175 (dropped a bit before could take pic)
