January 7, 2025 - HIIT20 S1 D1 - alternating Back 2 Basics and HIIT20 during this "can't go to the gym in morning due to reduced winter breaks hours" period. Still got up the heart rate and the sweat factor, shoooo! 🥵

Continuing these awesome at-home workouts that require few weights while the university gym has reduced winter break hours. This morning featured working out with two kittens! Lol!

January 4, 2025 - B2B Day 23 SUMO!!

After the fun of the holidays, traveling, and recovering from food poisoning 🤢, needed to start back a little smaller. Will have to remember to work these in around the holidays again this year, especially when away from home, the gym, and proper equipment.

Still traveling and had no hand weights, but brought my 12lb weighted vest with me, so used that for whole workout. I'm SWEATING!! 🥵

Kick-throughs: 5lb hand weight, plus 12lb vest on second round

Clean & presses: 10lb hand weight

Two rounds of 2-minute wall sits were absolute KILLER! 🥵
