Why a week break? Last Monday when I got to the gym, the Ignite videos had not changed over from the previous week’s. So, I decided to do some Lift Max. It was NOT the right time for me to be trying to do heavier weight, so back to Ignite this week.

Forward/backward lunges - 12s x3

Squats/upright rows - 25KB, 30KB w/medium band, 35KB w/medium band (dropped the rows halfway through)

Pushups - 20KB x3, all modified

Bridges - medium band, 12s x3

Used sliders for the “rollouts”

15/20 for toe touches

15/10 for boat

Struggled with the pushups because the first round felt a twinge in my left groin area. Did them inclined on a bench and that helped a lot. Plus stretching.

Red band for ab crunches.

I forgot to post yesterday what weights I did for each move. As if I could remember that over 24 hours later 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. But I went as heavy as I could.

Chest presses: 50lb barbell, 20lb hand weights, attempted 25lb hand weights & failed 😣 

Flys: 15lb hand weights for 2 rounds, 10lb last round

Rows: 60lb barbell for 1 round, 50lb for 2 rounds
