It's cold. I got to bed late last night and am DOG TIRED. I hate a kitten. I could NOT drag myself to the gym this morning, so squeezing this one into a rest day from Lift Max Week 1, since I could do it in my living room. Still struggling with push ups after more than a year of workouts, but I KNOW I've come far from when I started. Always more distance to go...
