First week of doing IGNITE. HIIT Box 1 today. GREAT WORKOUT! Followed it up with a short jog around the track.

Used a 30lb bar; could have done more for the deadlifts/squats, but 30 was pushing the limits for the shoulder presses and the bars are WAY too far away in the gym to carry more than one 😂. Those longer jumps at the end were KILLER!!! 🥵

Lower body: 35KB for dip thrusts & good mornings; 25/30KB for split squats & KB swings at the end. My legs are JELLY!! 🔥

I DID IT!!! I completed Level Up! It took 7 months, due to a couple of breaks for various reasons (travel, mental health struggles, injuries, etc.) BUT I DID IT!!!!

10s/12s triceps

35 KB swing

20s squats/deadlifts/curtsies

25 KB golf swings/RTWs

AMY! At the end, as you are about to go into the extended plank triceps presses and pause looking confused…yes, you missed an exercise. It was the boat-to-pike in round 3. You went straight from the bicycles into the back extension. It’s okay though, we forgive you 😆.

AWESOME core workout!! I really think I’m going to be sad when Level Up ends 🥺

I LOVE HIIT BOX!!!!!

Boxing rounds: 3/3/4/no weight or 3/4/5/no weight (no weight to go for speed and intensity)

Wall sits: 12s for curls, 15s for side bends (lasted about 2 1/2 minutes in the sit)

Kicking ASS on the donkey kicks! 🫏🦵🏼(Hehe, see what I did there? 😆)

I did NOT want to do those lunge jumps and explosive pushups at the end. I was literally cursing you, Amy, lol!

Gotta keep it real - have really come to HATE KB flow days 😖. The callouses from swinging them. The way they smash my wrists and into my shoulder (and ear/face a couple of times 😬😫). I often switch over and use hand weights, but that’s clunky. Just not my favorite 🫤.
