OMG, Imagine Dragonssssss!!! 🐉 ai know EXACTLY when this album came out and I LOVE all the songs on it, especially the angry ones 😆. I rock out to ‘Dull Knives’. Lol!!

Anyway…the workout! 3s for back extensions - should have tried 4s. 12s for the bicep curls. Nowhere near doing those flying Supermans. Was a little disappointed to get to the end and not see a splice-in of you & Pete doing those side-by-side Supermans 🥺😆.

Started off with 35KB for single-leg movements. 2nd round decided to try the 40KB for them and did okay, so stuck with the 40 all the way through! 👏🏼👏🏼🦵🏼🦵🏼

35/40 KB for swings

25/30 KB for RTWs, lunges and sit & presses

LOVED this workout! And  it certainly did go fast - but I don’t think because of all the complaining and excuse-making 😆

Last day of Fall Break. Another workout at home before work day. Making the best of the limited weight options I have here.

10 for flies/rows/kicks

20 for tricep dips and extensions (last round did bicep curls)

Not the best day. I'm tired this Monday morning. Fall break at the university means the gym isn't open early enough to workout there before work. I'm not quite as motivated to workout from home. Also, I'm dismally incapable at these piston squats and so I'm not super motivated to do those. I started with a 20lb. Then no weight. Then just skipped out on the third round completely. All around, not my best workout day. But that's okay.

I stared with 3s for boxing, immediately went up to 4s and stayed there. 

15lb for the two weighted moves. Had a 12lb out, but never touched it 💪🏼👏🏼🙌🏼
