Day 149 - October 8, 2024

I spent several hours yesterday shoveling and carrying buckets of flood mud out of a house in Erwin, TN. (🤬 you, Helene 🖕🏼!!)

So, doing an upper body workout today was especially hard! I used 1lb weights for the back extensions. 12s & 15s for the rows, though was able to squeak out a couple with 20s.

I’m tired 🥱

Two core days in a row 😳😬. I did them Friday/Sunday, so I’d have a rest day.

The side crunches and the full length sliders are still SO challenging!!

Day 144 - October 3, 2024 (skipped day 143 because I started this week on Tuesday instead of Monday and wanted to get back on track - plus I could do this workout from home and not the KB workout.) GREAT STUFF!! Those boats at the end were KILLER!!!

One-legged pistol squats are still CRAP!! 👎🏼

Got into the 180s with the jump squats!!

Loving ALL the workouts this week! (Except for the Wed KB, because I needed a rest day and skipped it 😆.)

This was the MOST PERFECT TIMING! A Friday core workout with no weights that I could do from home - just as Hurricane Helene is hitting us! Woot woot!! 🙌

Those pistol squat sit-ups are super hard! I could do them OK-ish on my left leg, but my right knee was not having much of it and I had to put my hand down behind me to give a little lift 😬. The rest of the moves were BOMB!!!
