Day 132 - Needed some extra rest after these three weeks, so didnโt do this workout this weekend. I walked. I stretched. I painted my living room. I also drove to Asheville and back both days. Rest was sorely needed ๐ด.
Shoulders were DYING doing the 20s & had to really slow down and decrease reps. I did full pushups, but not very many. My wrists are so thin and weak ๐ฃ. I would get 1, almost 2, in before I would have to modify to knees.ย
Side plank rows/flies: tried 10s - could do it for the rows, but not the flies, so did 4 rows with 10s, then switched to 8s or 7s for the flies
One arms: Tried 15s - NOPE!!! Could do 8s unassisted, and 10s with a slight assist to lift with the other hand
Bird dogs: 10s were too much, 8s/7s
3s for jump ropes and full jacks. I was EXCEEDINGLY impressed with ability to do the lunges and jacks JUMPING and NOT STEPPING!! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Started with a 25lb ball, because itโs the only โred ballโ in the gym. Realized that that was not a good choice and switched to a 10lb ball, lol! ๐ย
GREAT core workout!! Was able to hold myself up in the full side plank!!! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

15s for chest press, 12s for flies & curls/shoulder presses. Could do 15s for curls, but not presses, so last round just did curls with the 15s.
