I LOVE HIIT BOX!!! This one was certainly an extra challenge. 8s for the wall sit shoulder presses; 10s - then tried and was able to do 15s - for the table kick-throughs. And I DID THE DONKEY KICKS AND KNEE SLAPS!!! I only lasted two rounds, modified one round, and then was done. Felt like I was gonna throw up 🤢.

12/15 dumbbells - super annoying that this gym only has ONE 10 & 15 KB. And no hand weights between 15 & 20. I feel like I could lift a bit more with some moves, but 20 is too much. ☹️

15 KB 2 rounds, /20 KB 3 rounds; tried a Bosu, but actually liked the 20-pound weighted ball better.

4s for jumping jacks/sumos

The long jumps made my right arm and hand hurt - like a painful tingling in my palm. Just the right hand. Weird. Switched to squat jumps instead. Was getting dizzy and felt a little like vomiting toward the end, so skipped the last round.

Day 116 (take 2) - September 5, 2024

Much better workout this time through! 20lb KB, 4s for boxing combos, 10 for arms 6 on planks.

Goal is to keep making my through LU5 and continually increase weight as I go.

Day 115 - September 4, 2024

Starting back to LU5 after 4 weeks of doing HIIT10 to take it easy a bit. Repeated this workout. MUCH BETTER! Lower weight - 5s, 7s, 8s - but made it all the way through without quitting!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Doing all the advanced moves, just more push-ups and fewer donkey kicks. Next time through, perhaps...

LOVE getting the body moving and the heart rate up first thing in the morning!! (I need to remember this on the rough days when I want to be lazy and try to talk myself out of doing a workout.)

Could do the surfer jumps no problem! Triceps pushups are still modified, but did 2 all the way down nose to the floor!
