Not the best day. I'm tired this Monday morning. Fall break at the university means the gym isn't open early enough to workout there before work. I'm not quite as motivated to workout from home. Also, I'm dismally incapable at these piston squats and so I'm not super motivated to do those. I started with a 20lb. Then no weight. Then just skipped out on the third round completely. All around, not my best workout day. But that's okay.
I spent several hours yesterday shoveling and carrying buckets of flood mud out of a house in Erwin, TN. (๐คฌ you, Helene ๐๐ผ!!)
So, doing an upper body workout today was especially hard! I used 1lb weights for the back extensions. 12s & 15s for the rows, though was able to squeak out a couple with 20s.
