NOT what I wanted to do this morning, tired AF after a long drive yesterday and on my friend’s spare bedroom hardwood floor with only a bath towel as a “mat” … pushed through, though and did what I could. Movement and momentum is key!

Did the sumo squats/deadlifts with 45, 50 & 55 kettlebells! Also used the medium and hardest fabric bands!! About died in that last round of Jane Fondas though, lol!

Got up to 20s for rows and 12s for flys. Just about died 🥵.

Holy crap! Did this workout in the university gym at 5:00pm during spring break week and they’re working on the HVAC system. I am sweating BUCKETS!!! 🥵🥵

Shoulders:  7 - 6 - 6 - 5 (last round)

Biceps: 10 - 10 - 12 - 12

My arms are shaking so bad I can hardly type this, lol!!! 🤣
