2nd time through the HIIT10 series -  months apart - able to do the non-modified movements with control! Still a struggle and raises the heart rate (OMG!), but I'M DOING IT!!! 💜

Starting back with HIIT10, but doing the higher impact moves with Amy, whereas in October I did mostly the modified movements with Audrey. What a huge difference made in just 3 months!!

Being sick, I was ever so grateful for core day - it meant I could lie down, lol! Definitely modified like crazy and just plain skipped the cardio sections, using them for extra rest (or to run to the bathroom to spit up phlegm - yuk! 😝) Showing up and getting some movement in, while knowing my limits and not totally skipping the workout, gives me at least some sense of accomplishment. Helps get the immune system flowing early to make it through the day! Yay!

Shoulders are rough, oh my my! I did 3 - 4 - 5 (w/1 or 2 reps of 6's at the end of each movement). Feel that burn!!!

It just happens that I did LIFT20 phase 2 day 11 yesterday - which was also abductors and adductors. Oh yay!! (*sarcasm, lol!)

All with no weight first set, lol! Then jumped in at 6 & 8 lbs. Didn’t have a step available, so used a BOSU - worked great!
