Started with 8 lbs … nope! Then 6 lbs … also no! Completed the first set with 5s. Then went down to 3s. Was about dead after only two sets—that middle grouping kills my wrists! I did some abs, biceps, triceps and wall sits during the last two sets to at least be doing something. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did not have the benefit of whatever the “animal” things you were referencing in the video, as I have not done that video workout series.

Day 11, woot woot!! I really appreciate the various modifications I can do for each move, even alternating within sets. 

FYI, I loved the playlist! Give it up to the 90s!! 🤘🏼 So funny to hear you talk about Sarah McLachlan. I saw her at Lilith Fair summer ‘99! 💗

Swinging the kettlebells starting to hurt my hands, so had to switch to regular weights. Will need to keep some workout gloves with me from now on. But thanks for the tip about the watch!

Day 3, yikes! I have very small, weak wrists, so this one was particularly difficult for me, but I made whatever adjustments I needed (tricep dips on edge of bed, etc) and got it done! Thanks for the "happy hormones" Amy, lol!!
