Started with 8 lbs … nope! Then 6 lbs … also no! Completed the first set with 5s. Then went down to 3s. Was about dead after only two sets—that middle grouping kills my wrists! I did some abs, biceps, triceps and wall sits during the last two sets to at least be doing something. 🤷🏻♀️ I did not have the benefit of whatever the “animal” things you were referencing in the video, as I have not done that video workout series.
