Thank you for the feedback on the newsletter. Yes, it is uncooked quinoa. Throw all the ingredients in a baking dish and bake. Its a no fuss one pot meal. And I think early in the morning sets you up for success. It's hard at the beginning but you'll be surprised how quickly you adjust.

It's amazing to feel freer in our bodies with just a small focus. Also helps with motivation. Knowing you don't need an hour or more in a yoga class to experience noticeable, positive changes

I think we are all guilty of feeling the same way. I know I am but as you stated, I always feel better when I take the time. And after an absolutely amazing run I'm pretty excited to experience more benefits.
