In LIFT20 I show how to modify for a bar. You can use a coffee table, lie under neatest the table and pull your self up. You can use 2 chairs and a broom handle as your bar. If you have tax or rings you can opt for those. Another option is an incline push up to put the same stress on the chest muscles.

I find the visual of the bench helps reinforce how much we need to push off to get air.

Fitness Depot had a huge stock of dumbbells last time I was there. The price is finally starting to come down too. Keep focusing on small details in the core workout vs the big picture. I find when I occupy myself with the minuet detail my mindset can shift to a positive place
