Day 116 - 25lb kb, 20s for curl/press and row/fly, 15s for side plank - should have tried 20s! If I can get some 25lb dbs I will be trying so many things with them - flys, shoulder press, curls, rows. I am going to work on my mindset on the core days. On days with forward/backward pull plank or jack knife plank days I really struggle!

Day 113 - 20LBS throughout for flys and chest press. I wish I had 25s or 30s!! Agree the tricep pulses were worse than back extensions!

Day 111 - thanks for adding the single leg drop! So good at ensuring the glute is firing! 25lbs and 20LBS throughout.

Day 106 - I used 2 x 20LBS dbs throughout. Dropped to 25lbs for the last round of holds. Lots of breaking today, a little bit of seeing stars and lots of sweat.

Day 99 - so good! Started with 20s but added the 10LB vest in rounds 2-4!

Day 96 core - core is the toughest for me. This one was great! Core challenge day 11 ladder - oh boy! I find the walk backs the hardest part, I often sank to my knees and then crawled back. The sweat is real on that one though AND the arm pump!

Day 95 - definitely making power sounds through all the HIIT box videos! I was dropping the 15LBS dumbbells down for a second for half of the lunges until you called it out so I let my arms scream after that. Totally out of breath on the floor after the jump/bear crawl to table hold. Almost squeezed some tears out, haha.

Day 94 - loved this flow, especially the core. 25lbs throughout and I didn’t hit my edge so I believe it is time for a 30lb kb!

Day 90 - puked in my mouth a little on round 2!!!! 10LB vest + 12lb dumbbells. Zone 4 and 5 throughout!

Day 83 - so good! HR went to top of zone 5. I used 20LBS kbs for the snatches and wood choppers; 25lbs kB for swing, 2x 15LBS dumbbells for the rest.
