It's a big struggle. Peter just grew up with a different approach to food. If I don't make his lunch, he eats fast food/take out. :(

We actually read Atomic Habits in Dive Deep. I think you would really like Dive Deep Stef. It's all about the bringing together the science behind the mindset to make us all successful while unpacking our own personal roadblocks.

The beautiful thing is, there is always a fresh day and Jen you really have brought a lot of energy and positive changes into this challenge already. You had an almost perfect day. In fact, I'd still say the day was a big win because even with impromptu changes you still were able to check off boxes and stay mostly on plan. I'd say" Good day with a twist" as the title of this post.
