I started the 28 day challenge yesterday with day 1 (Level up day 4). It definitely felt good to punch the air ;)
Since I have limited equipment up north, I skipped ahead one day to Day 3’s video where instead of the dumbbells, I wore my weighted vest and continued with my hand weights. Definitely some aggressive punches! Thanks for the endorphins, Amy! Now to jump in the lake. 🏊♀️
Cardio ... many have a love hate relationship with it because we use cardio for weight loss but cardio is the spark our body needs to produce dopamine, neurotransmitters, neurochemicals that enhance brain function and cardio helps produce healthy gut bacteria.
Cardio doesn't have to equal running. Have you tried the TriFIT HIIT Box workouts? Today at 5pm the new 28 day challenge launches .... Fight Club 2.0
Commit to 28 days of cardio and see how your mood improves, energy increases, memory improves and you can start resetting your gut.

2 Years ago (tomorrow) in this very place, I started my TriFit journey. While the last year has been choppy at best, doing outdoor workouts in the same place that kick-started my love for movement was so inspiring.
Looking forward to starting the Mobility challenge tomorrow!
The tedious work has never been my favourite. Stretching and mobility fall under that category but I’m so excited for this challenge. I truly notice a difference in my overall performance when I’m loose and limber.
It’s no secret that I’ve taken a few steps back in my journey. I’ve been trying to find my love of running again and I’ve been working out 3-4 times a week.
I’m excited to see how this mobility challenge will help with getting back on a more consistent track!
As a woman who has struggled with body image and weight my entire life I am so happy to have found Trifit. The “little bites” of activity are manageable even for people who are active /inactive/old/young/thin/fat and everything in between. I have gained muscle and am starting to “turn the tables” away from the number on the scale and reframe my drive toward better fitness and strength. This program is inspiring. When I tried the program previously I became discouraged with my progress (slow) but This time I kept at it and did what works for me (arthritis in knees and hips limit my mobility in some exercises so I modify according to my abilities and have seen strength improvements and along with that some improvement in range of motion too.
